Vanessa is a daughter of the famous Ch Clanach Union Jack and carries strong lines to Eng Sh Ch Graftonbury Genghis Khan.

She was Best Puppy in Show under Moray Armstrong, (UK) at the ESSC of Victoria Ch Show. She also won Best Gundog puppy at the Spring Fair under Mr L Miklos of Hungary. After a smashing litter to Oliver Reed she came back into the big ring at the Spring Fair and took BOB under Patsy Hollings from the UK.
Her greatest win was BOB Sydney Royal 1999, beating 80 other Springers! This is by far the biggest Royal show entry of 1999.
In 2000 she was Res Ch at the October Specialty in NSW.
Thanks to her children in Norway, Alhambra Kenneth Brannagh and Alhambra Emma Thompson, Vanessa has winning grandchildren all over Scandinavia!
Vanessa enjoys barking and collecting live toads!

Vanessa left us in April 2008 - the noisiest Springer we have ever had and one of the funniest.
